Krystle Stadler
Licensed Educational Psychologist
Krystle Aguilar Stadler is a bilingual (Tagalog and English) Licensed Educational Psychologist and School Neuropsychologist. With over 15 years of experience as a school psychologist, she has dedicated her career to supporting exceptional learners. Long before she entered this field, her approach was shaped by her own unique journey as a student.
Growing up in a military-affiliated family, transiency was constant in Krystle's life. Moving across states and countries meant frequently starting over and seeking meaningful and healthy connections with others. Spending her elementary years in the Philippines, she also navigated the unique challenges of being an English language learner and acclimating to both cultural differences and varying academic pedagogies upon returning to the States. Through these experiences of constant transition, Krystle learned firsthand how to cultivate grit, adaptability, and resilience.
Her path to understanding neurodiversity is also deeply personal. Discovering her own neurodivergence, along with navigating the beautifully unique paths of her children, fundamentally shifted her perspective. It bridges the gap between her professional expertise and her lived experience, driving her deep empathy for the families and youth that she works with.
Krystle believes in a true "whole-student" approach. When evaluating a student's needs, she doesn't just look at data; she carefully considers their unique environment, cultural and linguistic background, and upbringing. She is deeply passionate about providing neuroaffirming and culturally responsive assessments for: ADHD (with a particular interest in how it uniquely presents in females), Autism spectrum profiles, Learning disabilities (including dyslexia, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia), Twice-exceptional (2e) learners, Emotional regulation and social connection differences, and conducting school neuropsychological evaluations to create personalized adaptive and learning experiences.
Navigating special education and school-based systems can feel overwhelming. Krystle's primary goal is to create a safe, collaborative, and comfortable atmosphere for parents. Together, she aims to demystify the assessment process, helping parents fully understand how their child's brain works. By translating diagnoses into clear, effective, and individualized interventions, Krystle strives to empower children to thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
