Meredith Gleason

Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP #3847)

Meredith Gleason is a multi-award-winning Licensed Educational Psychologist, founder of Empower Child Learning, and a neurodivergent mom raising neurodivergent kids. With over 20 years of experience in education, she has worked as a teacher, school psychologist, and private practitioner with children from preschool through college.

As someone with ADHD and dyslexia herself, Meredith brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. She is passionate about helping kids and families understand how their brains work through a strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming lens—looking beyond what is “hard” to uncover strengths, differences, and what each child needs to thrive.

Meredith specializes in autism, ADHD, dyslexia, anxiety, twice-exceptionality, and complex learning and intellectual profiles. Her assessment approach incorporates dynamic and non-standardized methods that go beyond test scores to better understand the whole child.

Meredith also provides counseling and parent coaching grounded in CBT, trauma-informed practices, and a team-based approach to help children and families navigate everyday challenges, build self-advocacy, and strengthen resilience.

Outside of work, Meredith enjoys spending time with her family, going to the beach, swimming, listening to audiobooks, and cooking.
